Golob is a woman-owned business conceived by mother daughter duo Medalion and Fariba, who believe deeply in the benefits of rose water as avid users themselves.

Medalion suffered from cystic acne and that was when her mother Fariba recommended using traditionally Iranian and natural ingredients to soothe and heal her skin, one of which was rose water. Unhappy with the offerings of mass-produced products, Medalion decided to turn back to the age old skin rituals of her mother and grandmother. The results were so apparent, Medalion decided to bring this ancient secret to the masses.

They live and are based in Los Angeles.
